NY Soccer Legends Camps activities emphasize learning and improving a strong foundation of soccer skills for beginner to advanced players. Our camps are perfect for children who want to advance their soccer skills and enjoyment of the game. Our goal is for all players to have a fun, productive week of soccer that will enhance both their skills and passion for the game.

Program Objectives:

Ball mastery and control.

Soccer aerobics.

Small-sided games to experience the laws and emotions of soccer.

Enjoy soccer while learning about the game in a positive environment.

Ball on their feet all day.

Player Practice Policy:

Outdoor practices are subject to field closures by the NYC Park authorities due to inclement weather.

Because of this, practices canceled due to field closings may not be rescheduled. If in a given season, a

the situation develops where a substantial number of players have been unable to practice, the coach, in his discretion and judgment, may extend a practice session to 'make up' for any lost practice time.

Sunscreen Policy:

Our Staff may not apply sunscreen to campers; therefore, we ask that parents carefully adhere to

the following guidelines:

Apply sunscreen to your child in the morning before he/she comes to camp.

Send sunscreen to clinics with your child and show him/her how to apply it properly.

Players are required to leave their shirts on during the day. Please send the appropriate clothing to accommodate various changes in the weather. It should be expected that your children will remain outside during the rain.

Medical Conditions:

If your child has any allergies, families must notify the club by email before the beginning of the program.

PAYMENT REFUND AND GENERAL ENROLLMENT CONDITIONS

NY Soccer Legends will not be refunded after the registration is submitted. No refunds or credits for missed classes.

Terms:

I understand that participation in practice activities may involve risk of physical injury, illness, death, or property loss, and despite safety precautions, NY Soccer Legends cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented. I hereby consent, give authorization to, and release from liability; Coaches, Staff, and NY Soccer Legends Owners, Founder, President, and leaders to secure any emergency medical treatment in the event I am unable to, and I agree to be responsible for the costs thereof. In consideration of the opportunity afforded, with full knowledge and acceptance of the risks associated with these recreational activities noted within; and with full understanding of the above issues/conditions and risks, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless NY Soccer Legends, its founder, president/staff, volunteers, and agents from all form and manner of risks inherent in, and from all claims, suits and demands of any nature arising from participation in said practice/trip, or activities.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event or activity referenced above, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the Releasees, their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event ("RELEASEES"), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR

OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
